Certification Levels
Our certification program evaluates entities across three levels of achievement, with each level representing a progressively higher standard of excellence:
Champions of Zero Bureaucracy and Government Efficiency (Level 3)
Criteria: Public sector entities that have demonstrated their ability to achieve a sustained level of excellence in eliminating bureaucracy for more than 60% of their internal and external services as well as management systems.
Recognition: Champions are awarded for taking significant strides toward creating more streamlined and citizen-friendly government operations.

Leaders of Zero Bureaucracy and Government Efficiency (Level 2)
Criteria: Public sector entities that have achieved sustained excellence in eliminating bureaucracy for more than 80% of their services and systems.
Recognition: Leaders are celebrated for establishing a culture of efficiency and innovation, setting benchmarks for other government bodies to follow.

Criteria: Public sector entities that have demonstrated sustained excellence in eliminating bureaucracy for more than 90% of their services and systems.
Recognition: Pioneers represent the pinnacle of government efficiency, serving as global exemplars in eliminating red tape and delivering exceptional service.
